By purchasing the Business Launch for Coaches – 120-Day Launch Incubator, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Overview

The Business Launch for Coaches is a 120-day (4-month) launch incubator designed to help coaches and experts clarify their offer, build a professional Kajabi platform, and launch with guided support and market validation.

This program combines:

• Strategic offer formulation
• Done-for-you Kajabi platform and funnel builds
• Guided launch acceleration and optimization

This program is not an ongoing agency retainer, coaching membership, or unlimited consulting service.

2. Program Structure & Phases

Phase 1: Offer Clarity & Business Foundation

Includes strategy sessions focused on niche clarity, messaging, offer formulation, pricing, and launch planning.

Phase 2: Done-For-You Kajabi Build & Funnel Creation

Includes Kajabi site build, core pages, sales pages, checkout setup, email automations, backend configuration, and technical testing.

Phase 3: Launch Acceleration & Market Validation

Includes a defined launch runway with marketing onboarding, foundational paid traffic setup (when applicable), SEO/search visibility foundations, performance review, optimization, and account manager support.

Scope is limited to launch preparation, execution support, and optimization during the program term and does not include open-ended marketing management or unlimited revisions.

3. Program Duration & Timeline

• Program delivery is completed within approximately 120 days (4 months) from onboarding.
• Timeline assumes timely completion of onboarding, approvals, and asset submission by Client.
• Delays caused by missing assets, late approvals, or non-responsiveness do not extend the program timeline or scope.

4. Payment Terms

Program Investment:

• $9,999 upfront, due at time of enrollment
• Three (3) monthly payments of $1,500, beginning 45 days after enrollment

The payment schedule may extend slightly beyond the 120-day delivery timeline and does not increase or extend the scope or duration of services.

There is no ongoing monthly obligation beyond the three scheduled payments.

5. Refund Policy (Important)

This program is subject to a strict no-refund policy.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Non-participation
• Failure to provide required materials
• Delays caused by the Client
• Dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes

A refund is only available if both of the following conditions are met:

1. All onboarding materials were submitted in full, and
2. No work has been initiated within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

Work initiation includes, but is not limited to:

• Onboarding calls
• Strategy sessions
• Folder setup
• Design mockups
• Technical setup
• Any work performed by Provider or team members

Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued.

6. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

• Submit all required onboarding materials in a timely manner
• Attend scheduled calls on time
• Respond to approvals and requests promptly
• Use the project management and communication tools provided
• Maintain respectful, professional communication with the team

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact timelines and outcomes and does not warrant refunds or extensions.

7. Cancellation & Access Termination

Cancellation of payment obligations does not cancel amounts already due.

Upon completion of the 120-day program or cancellation of scheduled payments, Client access will end, including:

• Team implementation and support
• Strategy or launch refinement
• Marketing or optimization work
• Internal systems, folders, and tools

Continuation into agency services, community access, or advisory support requires separate enrollment.

8. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

• Client retains ownership of all brand assets created for their business.
• Provider retains ownership of all proprietary frameworks, templates, methodologies, and training materials.
• All shared business information is treated as confidential.
• Provider may feature anonymized or non-confidential work samples unless Client requests otherwise in writing.

9. Disclaimers

• Provider is not a legal, tax, financial, or mental health advisor.
• No income, traffic, or performance guarantees are made.
• Results depend on Client participation, market conditions, and implementation.
• SEO and organic growth are long-term strategies and may continue to develop beyond the program window.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
