2025 SERVICE AGREEMENT: Kajabi Growth Suite – $9999 + Monthly Subscription

This Agreement is entered into between CWB4SW, INC. ("Service Provider") and the client ("Client") for services rendered as part of the Kajabi Growth Suite Program.

1. SERVICE PACKAGE

Platinum Package Includes:

• Brand Creation in Canva
  A fully customized visual identity using HEX color palette, font pairings, and a design mood board. Created using Canva and serves as the design foundation for all branded materials and digital assets.
  
  
• Custom Website Design (up to 5 Pages)
  Up to five responsive pages (Home, About, Contact, Terms, Privacy) built in Kajabi and styled to match your brand guidelines.
  
  
• 3 Custom Landing or Sales Pages
  Strategically crafted long-form pages designed to capture leads or generate product/service sales.
  
  
• 3 Fully Branded Products Build Out
  Setup and branding of Kajabi product containers including online courses, coaching programs, communities, or digital download libraries.
  
  
• 3 Fully Branded Offers
  Creation of complete offer checkout flows for each product, including price configuration, testimonials, terms, and branded visual assets.
  
  
• 1 Community Build Out
  Design and structure of a member-based product in Kajabi allowing for group discussions, category segmentation, and content sharing.
  
  
• Copywriting for 3 Email Sequences
  Done-for-you Warm-Up, Sales, and Buyer Sequences, each 3–7 emails long, customized to your offers.
  
  
• VSL Funnel Build Out
  A marketing funnel including opt-in page, video sales page, automated emails, tagging, and thank-you page. Includes instruction on scripting and filming your VSL plus video editing.
  
  
• 1 Onboarding Session with Marne
  A strategic Zoom session to clarify your business objectives, branding vision, and deliverable timeline.
  
  
• WhatsApp Support for 3 Months
  Direct access to the Service Provider team via WhatsApp for ongoing project updates, quick questions, and accountability check-ins.
  
  
• Dedicated Account Manager
  A primary point of contact to manage timelines, deliverables, and communication throughout the project.
  
  
• Full Access to Marne’s Digital Library
  Over 100 hours of pre-recorded video tutorials, templates, audio files, and implementation tools.
  
  

PLUS:

• 1 Additional Funnel or Event Setup
  Includes automation, sequence flow, and integration with your Kajabi account. Events may be webinars, challenges, or workshops.
  
  
• Copywriting for 3 Additional Email Sequences
  For additional campaigns such as webinar invitations, launch support, or onboarding.
  
  
• 2 Additional Product Builds
  Setup of two more Kajabi containers — e.g., courses, memberships, or digital libraries.
  
  
• 2 Additional Offers
  New checkout flows with pricing, tagging, and user access logic for each new product.
  
  
• 4 Private Coaching Sessions with Marne
  Four 60-minute Zoom calls focused on strategy, mindset, revenue planning, and marketing execution. Must be used within 90 days of program start.
  
  
• 90 Days of Custom Social Media Content
  75 custom-designed graphics and 15 Instagram Reels, designed in Canva within your brand look and delivered in a Google Drive folder. (Posting, scheduling, and caption writing not included.)
  
  
• Full SEO Backend Setup
  SEO-friendly meta titles and descriptions for every page, image alt text, keyword tagging, and 6 blog posts written and uploaded directly to your Kajabi site.
  
  

Monthly Subscription ($99/month):

• Live Q&A Calls with Marne (2x weekly: Mondays 9am PST & Thursdays 3pm PST)

• 20% Discount on any additional digital marketing services
  
  
• Continued access to Library and Community
  
  

2. DEFINITIONS

• Funnel – A structured sales process including opt-in page, video sales page, automated emails, and tagging. Can be used for lead generation or sales conversions.
  
  
• Event – A Kajabi time-bound campaign involving an event start time, automation, and follow-up emails. Does not include a custom landing page.
  
  
• Product – A digital container in Kajabi such as a course, community, podcast, or coaching series.
  
  
• Offer – A product + pricing configuration, including custom checkout, terms, testimonials, and branding.
  
  
• Community – A member hub allowing for engagement, discussions, and content access.
  
  
• SEO Setup – Search Engine Optimization enhancements including metadata, keywords, 6 optimized blog posts, and image tagging.
  
  
• Social Media Content – Canva-designed image tiles and reels formatted to your brand; delivered for manual publishing.
  
  
• Email Sequence – A series of automated emails, typically 3–7 messages per campaign.
  
  
• Tech Support – Limited to updates on existing builds (not custom builds, integrations, or copywriting).
  
  
• Onboarding Call – A 60-minute Zoom session to determine the structure and vision of your Kajabi platform.
  
  
• Library Access – Full access to training materials, templates, and pre-recorded coaching content.
  
  
• Account Manager – Dedicated team member to oversee the execution and client experience.
  
  
• Consulting Calls – 1-on-1 strategy calls with Marne to address positioning, messaging, and business growth.
  
  

3. INVESTMENT

• $9,999 one-time fee
  
  
• $99/month recurring (cancelable any time before the next billing cycle)
  
  
• 1.75% processing fee for credit card payments
  
  
• 3.0% processing fee for PayPal
  
  

5. REFUND POLICY

STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY, except as noted below:

Clients are only eligible for a refund if ALL of the following apply:

1. Client has submitted all required onboarding materials (as defined below)
   
   
2. Service Provider has not initiated any work within 14 days of contract start
   
   

If both conditions are met, Client may request a refund in writing within 14 calendar days of contract start.

Definition of Work Initiation Includes (but is not limited to):

• Access to onboarding materials, videos, or internal process documents
  
  
• Setup of project folders, assets, or strategy documents
  
  
• Team time invested in review, communication, or file prep
  
  

Once any of the above have occurred, or if the 14-day window has passed, no refund will be issued.

Change of Mind or Failure to Provide Materials does not constitute grounds for refund. Clients who request a refund due to discomfort, personal overwhelm, or a pivot in business direction are not eligible. These terms are final.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

Canceling the $99/month subscription will result in immediate loss of access to:

• Tech support
  
  
• Community
  
  
• Q&A calls
  
  
• Library/Google Drive/Any Internal Tool We Use To Communicate
  
  
• WhatsApp communication
  
  
• Any unfinished project work
  
  

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

All coaching calls, correspondence, and client materials are confidential. Group calls may be recorded and repurposed unless requested otherwise in writing.

7. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

Client acknowledges that:

• The program does not offer legal, medical, or financial investment advice
  
  
• Results are based on the Client’s engagement and implementation
  
  

By enrolling in this program, the Client affirms they understand and agree to these terms.
