By purchasing Social Boost, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Monthly Subscription

Social Boost is brought to you by CWB4SW, Inc and is a month-to-month subscription service.

Your payment method will be automatically charged each month until you cancel your subscription.

There are no long-term contracts or commitments.

Setup Fee

A one-time, non-refundable setup fee of $299 is charged when you enroll. This covers onboarding, audience research, account configuration, and strategy implementation.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Your service will remain active through the end of your current billing period and will not renew the following month.

No partial-month refunds or prorated credits will be provided.

Refund Policy

Because work begins immediately upon onboarding and our team dedicates time and resources to your account, all payments are non-refundable, including the setup fee and monthly subscription payments.

Instagram Account Access

To provide this service, we require access to your Instagram account.

You agree to provide the login credentials necessary for our team to manage your account.

If your account uses Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), you may be asked to:

Temporarily disable 2FA during onboarding; or
Provide verification codes when requested; or
Add our team as an approved login device if Instagram allows.

We'll provide simple instructions during onboarding to make this process as easy and secure as possible.

Client Responsibilities

To achieve the best possible results, you agree to:

Maintain an active Instagram account.
Continue posting quality content on a regular basis.
Respond promptly to onboarding requests.
Notify us of any significant account changes.

Results Disclaimer

Social Boost uses organic growth strategies designed to increase your visibility and attract real, engaged followers.

Because every account, niche, and market is different, we cannot guarantee a specific number of followers, engagement, leads, or sales.

Growth results will vary based on factors including your content quality, posting consistency, niche, audience, and Instagram's evolving algorithms.

Third-Party Platform

Social Boost operates on the Instagram platform.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram or Meta.

Changes made by Instagram, Meta, or other third-party platforms may affect performance and are outside our control.

Service Availability

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if:

Instagram policies are violated.
Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.
Required account access is removed.
Payments become delinquent.

Intellectual Property & Source Files

Upon payment, you retain ownership of the final approved content created specifically for your business, including published graphics, captions, reels, and other completed deliverables produced under your subscription.

However, the following remain the exclusive property of CWB4SW, Inc. and are not included with your subscription or project unless otherwise agreed to in writing:

Canva design files and editable Canva templates
Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or other editable source files
Kajabi page templates, website templates, funnel templates, and design frameworks
Internal workflows, systems, SOPs, automations, prompts, and processes
Custom design libraries, graphics, icons, templates, and production assets created by or licensed to CWB4SW, Inc.

Clients receive the completed deliverables for use in their business but do not receive ownership of the underlying editable production files or proprietary systems used to create them.

If editable source files or design files are desired, they may be available under a separate written agreement and additional licensing or project fees may apply.

Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, CWB4SW, Inc. reserves the right to display completed work, including websites, funnels, social media content, graphics, and marketing materials, in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials.

Client confidential information will never be shared without permission.
