2025 SERVICE AGREEMENT: Kajabi Essentials – $5499 + Monthly Subscription

This Agreement is entered into between CWB4SW, INC. ("Service Provider") and the client ("Client") for services rendered as part of the Kajabi Essentials Program.

1. SERVICE PACKAGE

Premium Package Includes:

• Brand Creation in Canva – Custom brand identity including HEX color palette, fonts, and a design mood board.
  
  
• Custom Website Design (up to 5 Pages) – Includes Home, About, Contact, Terms, and Privacy pages.
  
  
• 3 Custom Landing or Sales Pages – Long-form pages designed for opt-ins, services, or launches.
  
  
• 3 Fully Branded Products Build Out – Course, coaching, or community containers in Kajabi.
  
  
• 3 Fully Branded Offers – Checkout setups linked to each product with pricing, testimonials, and terms.
  
  
• 1 Community Build Out – Member portal with post/comment structure.
  
  
• Copywriting for 3 Email Sequences – Warm-Up, Sales, and Buyer Sequences (3–7 emails each).
  
  
• VSL Funnel Build Out – Opt-in, video page, automated emails, tags, and thank-you page (filming/editing guidance included).
  
  
• Onboarding Session with Marne – One-on-one strategy session to review needs, offers, and design direction.
  
  
• WhatsApp Support for 3 Months
  
  
• Account Manager Assignment
  
  
• Full Access to Marne’s Digital Library (100+ hours)
  
  

Monthly Subscription ($99/month) Includes:

• Live Q&A Calls with Marne (2x/week)
  
  
• 4 Hours of Tech Support on existing pages
  
  
• 20% Discount on add-on services
  
  

2. DEFINITIONS

• Brand Creation – Visual identity created in Canva; includes HEX codes, font pairings, mood board, and brand guide.
  
  
• Website Design – Up to 5 mobile-optimized pages styled to your brand.
  
  
• Landing Page – Long-form page for a product, event, or lead magnet.
  
  
• Product – Kajabi container like a course, coaching program, or community.
  
  
• Offer – Payment + checkout flow for a product with terms and styling.
  
  
• Email Sequence – A triggered series of 3–7 emails tied to opt-ins or sales.
  
  
• Funnel – A flow of pages, emails, and tags built to automate a user journey.
  
  
• Community – Member discussion product in Kajabi with categories and content.
  
  
• Full Backend Setup – Includes branding, domain, and integrations. (No email migration.)
  
  
• SEO Compliance – Page titles, descriptions, image alt-text, and metadata.
  
  
• Onboarding Call – Strategy session to finalize build elements.
  
  
• Library – Access to all pre-recorded trainings, templates, and tutorials.
  
  
• Tech Support – Includes edits only (not new builds or integrations).
  
  

3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• $5,499 one-time + $99/month (can be canceled before next billing)
  
  
• 1.75% card fee, 3.0% PayPal fee
  
  

5. REFUND POLICY

STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY, except as noted below:

Clients are only eligible for a refund if ALL of the following apply:

1. Client has submitted all required onboarding materials (as defined below)
   
   
2. Service Provider has not initiated any work within 14 days of contract start
   
   

If both conditions are met, Client may request a refund in writing within 14 calendar days of contract start.

Definition of Work Initiation Includes (but is not limited to):

• Access to onboarding materials, videos, or internal process documents
  
  
• Setup of project folders, assets, or strategy documents
  
  
• Team time invested in review, communication, or file prep
  
  

Once any of the above have occurred, or if the 14-day window has passed, no refund will be issued.

Change of Mind or Failure to Provide Materials does not constitute grounds for refund. Clients who request a refund due to discomfort, personal overwhelm, or a pivot in business direction are not eligible. These terms are final.

5. CANCELLATION OF MONTHLY SERVICES

Canceling ends access to:

• Q&A calls
  
  
• Library/Google Drive/Any Internal Tool We Use To Communicate
  
  
• Community
  
  
• Any project work in progress
  
  

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

• Private sessions are confidential.
  
  
• Group calls may be used for promotional content unless opted out in writing.
  
  

7. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

Client agrees this is not legal, mental health, or investment advice. Success is based on participation and implementation.

By purchasing, the Client affirms full understanding and acceptance of this agreement.
