By purchasing Growth Accelerator™, Growth Accelerator Pro™, or Social Boost™, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Monthly Subscription

Growth Accelerator™, Growth Accelerator Pro™, and Social Boost™ are month-to-month subscription services provided by CWB4SW, Inc.

Your payment method will automatically be charged each month until your subscription is canceled.

There are no long-term contracts or minimum commitments.

Onboarding Fee

A one-time, non-refundable onboarding fee is charged when you enroll.

This fee covers account setup, strategy development, audience research, onboarding, brand review, content planning, campaign configuration, and internal project preparation.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Your service will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle and will not renew the following month.

No partial-month refunds or prorated credits will be issued.

Refund Policy

Because work begins immediately after purchase and our team allocates dedicated time and resources to your account, all payments are non-refundable, including:

  • Onboarding fees
  • Monthly subscription payments
  • Any additional service upgrades

Account Access

To deliver our services, you agree to provide the access necessary for our team to manage your account(s).

Depending on your purchased service, this may include access to:

  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • Meta Business Manager
  • Canva
  • Google Drive
  • Other content or marketing platforms

If Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled, you may be asked to:

  • Temporarily approve new login devices
  • Provide verification codes when requested
  • Grant our team appropriate permissions

We'll provide simple onboarding instructions to make this process as smooth and secure as possible.

Client Responsibilities

To help us produce the best possible results, you agree to:

  • Respond promptly to onboarding requests.
  • Provide accurate business and branding information.
  • Supply photos, videos, logos, and other requested assets as needed.
  • Review and approve content in a timely manner when approval is required.
  • Notify us of significant business, branding, or account changes.

Delays in communication or approvals may impact publishing schedules and campaign performance.

Content Creation

Growth Accelerator services include professionally written and designed content based on the information, branding, and direction provided during onboarding.

While we strive to align with your voice and brand, you are ultimately responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publication when approval is part of your workflow.

Results Disclaimer

Every business, audience, and industry is different.

We cannot guarantee:

  • A specific number of followers
  • Engagement rates
  • Leads
  • Sales
  • Revenue
  • Viral content

Results depend on many factors, including your niche, offers, audience, consistency, market conditions, and changes made by third-party platforms.

Third-Party Platforms

Our services utilize platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Meta, Canva, and other third-party software.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.

Changes made by any third-party platform—including algorithm updates, API changes, feature removals, outages, or policy updates—may affect performance and are outside our control.

Intellectual Property & Source Files 

Upon payment, you retain ownership of the final approved content created specifically for your business, including published graphics, captions, reels, and other completed deliverables produced under your subscription.

However, the following remain the exclusive property of CWB4SW, Inc. and are not included with your subscription or project unless otherwise agreed to in writing:

  • Canva design files and editable Canva templates
  • Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or other editable source files
  • Kajabi page templates, website templates, funnel templates, and design frameworks
  • Internal workflows, systems, SOPs, automations, prompts, and processes
  • Custom design libraries, graphics, icons, templates, and production assets created by or licensed to CWB4SW, Inc.

Clients receive the completed deliverables for use in their business but do not receive ownership of the underlying editable production files or proprietary systems used to create them.

If editable source files or design files are desired, they may be available under a separate written agreement and additional licensing or project fees may apply.

Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, CWB4SW, Inc. reserves the right to display completed work, including websites, funnels, social media content, graphics, and marketing materials, in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials.

Client confidential information will never be shared without permission.

Service Availability

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments become delinquent.
  • Required account access is removed.
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is detected.
  • Platform policies are repeatedly violated.
  • Client behavior becomes abusive toward team members.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall CWB4SW, Inc. be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client during the previous thirty (30) days.
