2026 SERVICE AGREEMENT: Website Updates
One-Time Investment: $347
This Agreement is entered into between CWB4SW, INC. ("Service Provider") and the purchaser ("Client") for services rendered as part of the Website Updates Service.
1. SERVICE PACKAGE
Website Updates
Need edits to your existing Kajabi website?
We'll take care of them.
What's Included

✓ Minor layout adjustments
✓ General website maintenance
Client Provides
The Client agrees to provide:
• A written list of requested changes
• Any updated copy
• Images or graphics (if applicable)
• Links, files, or downloads (if applicable)
• Brand assets if they have changed
We will implement the requested updates within the agreed project scope.
2. INVESTMENT
One-Time Investment:
$347 USD
Payment is due in full before work begins.
Credit Card Payments:
1.75% Processing Fee
PayPal Payments:
3.0% Processing Fee
3. PROJECT SCOPE
This service is intended for minor website updates to an existing Kajabi website.
Examples include:
• Editing existing copy
• Adding or replacing images
• Creating new content sections
• Updating buttons
• Adjusting spacing
• Mobile optimization
• Updating links
• Updating downloads
• Basic formatting improvements
This package does not include:
• New website builds
• New funnels
• Landing pages
• Checkout pages
• Email automations
• Course creation
• Custom coding beyond minor CSS adjustments
• Graphic design
• Logo design
• SEO services
• Copywriting from scratch
• Third-party software integrations
If your requested updates exceed approximately 90 minutes of implementation time, or fall outside the scope above, we'll provide a custom quote before proceeding.
4. REFUND POLICY
STRICT NO REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of digital implementation services, all payments are non-refundable except as outlined below.
A Client may request a refund only if both of the following conditions are met:
• Client has submitted all required project materials.
• Service Provider has not initiated work within fourteen (14) calendar days from the purchase date.
If both conditions are satisfied, the Client may request a refund in writing.
Work Initiation Includes (but is not limited to)
• Project scheduling
• Internal project setup
• Review of requested changes
• Team communication
• Kajabi access
• Website review
• Initial implementation work
Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued.
Changes in business direction, change of mind, or failure to provide requested materials do not qualify for refunds.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client agrees to:
• Submit one complete list of requested updates.
• Provide all necessary files and content before work begins.
• Respond promptly to any requests for clarification.
Additional requests submitted after implementation has begun may require a separate purchase.
6. REVISIONS
This package includes one round of minor revisions after completion.
Minor revisions include:
• Correcting implementation errors
• Small text edits
• Button adjustments
• Image replacements
• Minor spacing or formatting corrections
Additional revisions or new requests beyond the original scope will require a new Website Updates purchase or custom quote.
7. TIMELINE
Projects begin once:
• Payment has been received.
• All requested materials have been submitted.
Most Website Update projects are completed within 5–10 business days, depending on workload and project complexity.
8. EXPIRATION OF SERVICES
Clients must submit all requested materials within 30 days of purchase.
Once work has begun, all updates must be completed within 60 days.
Projects delayed because of missing information or lack of communication may be closed after 60 days.
Unused services expire without refund or credit.
9. FINAL REVIEW
Upon completion, the Client is responsible for reviewing the implemented updates.
Once the Client approves the project, or seven (7) days have passed after delivery without requested revisions, the project will be considered complete.
Any future website edits will require a new Website Updates purchase or separate proposal.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
All Client information, website access, files, and login credentials will remain confidential.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Service Provider is responsible for implementing the requested updates using the materials provided by the Client.
Service Provider is not responsible for:
• Website performance after Client modifications
• Third-party software conflicts
• Broken links supplied by the Client
• Copyright or licensing of Client-provided content
• Marketing or conversion results
12. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The Client understands that this package is designed for minor updates and ongoing maintenance of an existing Kajabi website.
Requests outside the defined scope will require an additional quote.
By purchasing this service, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
