2026 SERVICE AGREEMENT: Kajabi Essentials – $997
This Agreement is entered into between CWB4SW, INC. ("Service Provider") and the client ("Client") for services rendered as part of the Kajabi Essentials Program.

4. REFUND POLICY
STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY, except as noted below:
Clients are only eligible for a refund if ALL of the following apply:

Client has submitted all required onboarding materials (as defined below)

Service Provider has not initiated any work within 14 days of contract start
If both conditions are met, the client may request a refund in writing within 14 calendar days of contract start.
Definition of Work Initiation Includes (but is not limited to):

Access to onboarding materials, videos, or internal process documents
-
Setup of project folders, assets, or strategy documents
-
Team time invested in review, communication, or file prep
Once any of the above have occurred, or if the 14-day window has passed, no refund will be issued.
Change of Mind or Failure to Provide Materials does not constitute grounds for refund. Clients who request a refund due to discomfort, personal overwhelm, or a pivot in business direction are not eligible. These terms are final.

Client agrees this is not legal, mental health, or investment advice. Success is based on participation and implementation.
8. EXPIRATION OF SERVICES
All services included in this agreement must be initiated within 1 months of the contract date and completed within 2 months. Failure to complete onboarding within 1 months or project-related tasks within 2 months may result in expiration of service delivery.
Unused deliverables, assets, or support time will be forfeited after the 6-month window, and no refund or credit will be provided.

FINAL AUDIT, LAUNCH STATUS & POST-LAUNCH SUPPORT
Each Kajabi build includes one comprehensive audit and revision period. The client is permitted to submit a single, full review of the platform with any accompanying adjustment requests within 30 days of purchase. Once this final audit is received and implemented, the project is considered finalized, and no further changes will be made to the build within the scope of the original package. If the audit is not provided within 30 days, the client forfeits the ability to provide the audit and foregoes any revisions to the project.
A project is considered to be in launch status once either (a) the final audit has been completed and submitted by the client, or (b) the branded domain has been connected and made live — whichever occurs first. At that point, no additional edits or support will be provided on the Kajabi platform unless the client is actively enrolled in our Marketing Domination Package, and only as outlined within the scope of that service.
Clients who continue on the $99/month support subscription may still access guidance in the following ways:

By attending the live Q&A Calls with Marne (held 2x/week)

By using any remaining private coaching sessions (if applicable)

By posting questions inside the private community forum
Please note that once the project enters launch status, the production support chat line will be deactivated, and all ongoing requests must follow the support channels outlined above.
