Course Video Editing Terms & Conditions

Service Provider: CWB4SW, INC. / Marne Semick Business Coaching and Digital Agency

By purchasing any of our video editing tiers (Essential, Pro, or Premium), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Scope

Each tier includes a fixed set of deliverables as outlined at time of purchase:

Tier 1: Essential Course Video Editing & Assembly

Includes up to 500 minutes of raw footage, edited with branded intros/outros, light enhancements, basic transitions, and formatted for course platforms like Kajabi, Teachable, etc.

Tier 2: Pro Course Creation & Storytelling

Includes everything in Tier 1, plus structure consultation, advanced editing (b-roll, transitions, music), AI-generated captions, branded graphics, and motion graphics.

Tier 3: Premium Done-For-You Course & Content System

Includes everything in Tier 2, plus custom storytelling strategy, full scripting and delivery coaching, content repurposing, promotional asset creation, and multi-camera edits (if applicable).

2. Project Timeline & Turnaround

Essential: Turnaround time is 7 business days per batch.
Pro: Turnaround time is 4–5 business days per batch.
Premium: Turnaround time is 5–7 business days per batch.

Batches begin once all required assets are submitted (footage, branding files, content outlines, etc.). Delays in client submission will delay project timelines.

3. Revision Policy

Each tier includes one round of revisions per batch. Additional revisions beyond that may incur added fees at $150/hour.

4. Content Limits

Packages are scoped for editing up to the specified footage volume (e.g. 500 minutes in Tier 1).
Additional footage outside the tiered limits may require a custom quote or upgrade to the next tier.

5. Delivery Format

Final videos are exported and delivered in optimized formats for:

Course platforms (Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, etc.)
Social media (if applicable to Pro and Premium tiers)
YouTube, promo pages, and reels (Premium only)

All files will be delivered digitally via Google Drive or similar platform.

6. Membership Subscription

The $99/month membership fee includes:

Access to Live Q&A Calls 2x/week with Marne
Monthly video editing credit (20 mins for Essential, 40 mins for Pro, 60 mins for Premium)
Access to the digital marketing services platform + 20% discount on all additional services

You may cancel your subscription after your initial launch is completed.

7. Expiration of Services

Clients must begin onboarding and submit required content within 3 months of purchase. All project deliverables must be completed within 6 months of contract date.

Unused editing credits or project scope will expire after 6 months, with no refund or credit.

8. Refund Policy

We offer a strict no-refund policy, except in the following case:

If no work has been initiated within 14 days and all client onboarding requirements were met, you may request a refund in writing.

Once editing begins, no refunds will be issued for change of mind, pivoting, or lack of participation.

9. Confidentiality & Usage Rights

All raw and final video content remains the property of the client. We may ask for permission to use final deliverables in our portfolio or promotional content. You may opt out in writing.

Private coaching or scripting sessions are confidential unless group-based, in which case content may be reused for education or marketing purposes.

10. Disclaimer

These services are not legal, financial, or therapeutic in nature. All results depend on client participation, communication, and implementation.

For those who just need their raw footage polished and formatted for their course. Includes up to 500 minutes of video material.

✅ Branded intro & outro
✅ Text overlays for key points
✅ Basic transitions & smooth flow
✅ Export in optimized formats for course platforms (Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, etc.)
✅ Turnaround: 5-7 business days per batch of videos

Membership monthly fee is cancellable after launch and includes:

Live Q&A Calls 2x week with Marne
20 minutes of video editing per month
Access to our automated platform for digital marketing services + 20% discount off all services
Marne's entire digital library, over 100 hours worth of digital marketing genius

Onboarding and monthly fees are non-refundable, please read our Terms & Conditions for our Action-Based Guarantee.

Cancelled monthly subscriptions will suspend access to the tech team, any further adjustments to your Kajabi account (including the original build), digital products, Q&A calls, and discounts to our automated marketing platform.
