Course Video Editing Terms & Conditions

Service Provider: CWB4SW, INC. / Marne Semick Business Coaching and Digital Agency

By purchasing any of our video editing tiers (Essential, Pro, or Premium), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Scope

Each tier includes a defined scope of services and deliverables as outlined at the time of purchase.

Tier 1: Essential Course Video Editing & Assembly

Designed for creators who need clean, polished video content.

Includes:

  • Basic video editing (cutting, trimming, cleanup)
  • Light enhancements (color correction, audio cleanup)
  • Branded intros/outros
  • Basic transitions and formatting
  • Export optimized for course platforms (Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, etc.)

Content Capacity:
 Designed for up to approximately 8 hours of raw footage per project batch.

Tier 2: Pro Course Creation & Storytelling

Designed for coaches and experts ready to elevate engagement and structure.

Includes everything in Tier 1, plus:

  • Content structure consultation
  • Advanced editing (B-roll, music, pacing, transitions)
  • AI-generated captions and subtitles
  • Branded graphics and lower thirds
  • Basic motion graphics
  • Additional export formats for social media content

Content Capacity:
 Designed for up to approximately 8–15 hours of raw footage per project batch.

Tier 3: Premium Done-For-You Course & Content System

Designed for high-level experts building scalable content systems.

Includes everything in Tier 2, plus:

  • Custom storytelling and content strategy
  • Script development and delivery coaching
  • Content repurposing (social media clips, YouTube, promotional assets)
  • Thumbnail and promotional asset creation
  • Multi-camera editing (if applicable)
  • Priority support and elevated production quality

Content Capacity:
 Designed for up to approximately 15–30 hours of raw footage per project batch.

Additional Scope Clarification

Projects exceeding the included content capacity may require:

  • A custom quote, or
  • An upgrade to the next service tier

2. Project Timeline & Turnaround

Turnaround times apply per submitted batch of content:

  • Essential: 7-14 business days
  • Pro: 7-10 business days
  • Premium: 5–7 business days

Project timelines begin only after all required assets have been submitted, including:

  • Raw footage
  • Branding materials
  • Content outlines (if applicable)

Delays in client submission will result in adjusted timelines.

3. Revision Policy

Each project batch includes one (1) round of revisions.

Additional revisions beyond this scope will be billed at:
 👉 $150/hour

Revisions must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe to maintain production flow.

4. Delivery Format

Final deliverables will be exported and delivered in optimized formats for:

  • Course platforms (Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, etc.)
  • Social media (where applicable)
  • YouTube and promotional use (Pro and Premium tiers)

All files will be delivered digitally via:
 👉 Google Drive or similar platform

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide all required content, assets, and direction in a timely manner
  • Ensure all submitted content is final and approved for editing
  • Communicate clearly regarding feedback and revisions

Failure to provide necessary materials may delay project timelines.

6. Expiration of Services

  • Clients must begin onboarding and submit initial content within 90 days of purchase
  • All services must be completed within 6 months of purchase date

Any unused services, deliverables, or scope will expire after 6 months and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

7. Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable, except under the following condition:

  • If no work has been initiated within 14 days and all onboarding requirements have been completed by the client, a written refund request may be submitted.

Once work has begun:
 👉 No refunds will be issued for emotional overwhelm, change of mind, business pivots, or lack of participation.

8. Confidentiality & Usage Rights

  • All raw and final video content remains the property of the client
  • The Service Provider may request permission to use final deliverables for:
    • Portfolio
    • Marketing
    • Case studies

Clients may opt out in writing.

Any private coaching or strategy sessions remain confidential unless otherwise stated.

9. Disclaimer

The Service Provider offers creative and strategic services only.

No guarantees are made regarding:

  • Business results
  • Revenue outcomes
  • Audience growth

Results depend on the client’s implementation, consistency, and business model.
