2025 SERVICE AGREEMENT: Kajabi Starter Kit - $2499 + Monthly Subscription
This Agreement is entered into between CWB4SW, INC. ("Service Provider") and the client ("Client") for services rendered as part of the Kajabi Starter Kit Program.
1. SERVICE PACKAGE
Plus Package Includes:
- Custom Website Design (up to 3 Pages) – Includes Home, About, and Contact Pages, styled to your brand.
- 1 Custom Landing or Sales Page – Strategically designed long-form page for lead generation or product sales.
- 1 Fully Branded Product Build Out – Setup of one Kajabi container such as a course, community, or coaching program.
- 1 Fully Branded Offer Build Out – Checkout flow setup for the product, including custom pricing, testimonials, and terms.
- OR Flexible Combo (3 Total) – Mix of landing page, product, or offer builds totaling 3 items.
- Full Backend Setup + SEO Compliance – Includes site settings, payment integration, SEO page titles and descriptions.
- 1 Onboarding Call – Guided walkthrough of next steps, assets needed, and project timelines.
Monthly Subscription ($99/month):
- Live Q&A Calls with Marne (2x/week) – Mondays at 9 AM PST and Thursdays at 3 PM PST.
- 3 Hours of Tech Support/Month – For updates to existing text and images.
- 20% Discount on Marketing Services – Applied to additional services.
- Full Access to Marne’s Digital Library – Over 100 hours of trainings, templates, and tutorials.
2. DEFINITIONS
- Custom Website Design – Three branded web pages including text formatting, images, and mobile responsiveness.
- Landing Page – A scrollable sales page focused on promoting a single product or free offer.
- Product – A Kajabi course, membership, coaching program, community, or other digital container.
- Offer – Pricing, checkout, and access bundle for your Kajabi product. Includes terms and custom visual styling.
- Backend Setup – Configuration of payment gateways, domains, account branding, and standard marketing settings.
- SEO Compliance – Page headers, metadata, and image tags to improve search visibility.
- Onboarding Call – A kickoff session to clarify strategy, content needs, and project execution timeline.
- Live Q&A Calls – Group coaching hosted by Marne or an expert to support tech, copy, and business growth.
- Library Access – Video trainings, PDFs, swipe files, and pre-recorded tutorials available 24/7.
- Tech Support – Ticket-based help for revising current builds (not new design or integrations).
3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A. Engagement
By purchasing this service, the Client agrees to the terms outlined herein. This engagement includes direct and strategic coaching.
B. Scheduling and Sessions
Sessions must be booked by the Client and are conducted via Zoom unless stated otherwise. Missed sessions without 24-hour notice are forfeited.
4. INVESTMENT
- One-time payment of $2,499
- $99 per month thereafter (cancelable before the next billing cycle)
- Additional payment processing fees: 1.75% (credit card), 3.0% (PayPal)
5. REFUND POLICY
STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY, except as noted below:
Clients are only eligible for a refund if ALL of the following apply:
- Client has submitted all required onboarding materials (as defined below)
- Service Provider has not initiated any work within 14 days of contract start
If both conditions are met, Client may request a refund in writing within 14 calendar days of contract start.
Definition of Work Initiation Includes (but is not limited to):
- Access to onboarding materials, videos, or internal process documents
- Setup of project folders, assets, or strategy documents
- Team time invested in review, communication, or file prep
Once any of the above have occurred, or if the 14-day window has passed, no refund will be issued.
Change of Mind or Failure to Provide Materials does not constitute grounds for refund. Clients who request a refund due to discomfort, personal overwhelm, or a pivot in business direction are not eligible. These terms are final.
6. CANCELLATION OF MONTHLY SERVICES
Canceling the $99/month subscription will immediately suspend access to:
- Tech support
- Live calls and community
- Library/Google Drive/Any Internal Tool We Use To Communicate
- WhatsApp support (if applicable)
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
All coaching sessions are confidential. Group calls may be recorded or reused for educational purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
8. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
Client acknowledges:
- This program does not include legal, tax, or mental health services
- Results depend on consistent action and follow-through
By enrolling in this program, the Client affirms they understand and agree to these terms.
