moments those those moments that shaped you and made you the person that you are today and what you want to bring uh to

the world um now in the future so just looking for that hero's journey you know just looking for that golden path to

of kind of where it kicks off for you um and uh in this in this thing we call

you're so awesome i've been following your story too and it's such an inspiration you know all the work that

you do and you have so many different tentacles out there of ways of helping people so i think you're totally awesome

and i'm thrilled to be here and um i think you know i think starting with where i'm at right now so what i do

how i function in this human experience is i'm a spiritual business coach so what i

do is i help healers and coaches life coaches spiritual entrepreneurs scale their businesses quickly by teaching

them how to build digital products digital courses and how to be badass digital marketers

so that's currently how i function today i run you know masterminds it's a whole business and basically like started a

revolution and it's an amazing amazing thing that has transpired and

you know i got there and i i basically am married what i'm an expert at with what brings

me joy and what brings me joy is inspiring and motivating people and what i'm an expert at is digital media

marketing sales vision and all that stuff so i just started this business you know

a couple of years ago now not even two years ago and it's completely like scaled very quickly and i tell you all

of this detail because i think it's a really important um

pivotal moment in my life and and i'll help you understand like how i got there

the reason why my business is so juicy now i think it's because i've had this

transcendent um spiritual awakening through deep self

work but also through a tremendous amount of suffering so i think it's really important to

point out that the success that i'm experiencing today is because i went through tremendous
7:17
suffering and so for those listeners out there that are in the middle of it
7:24
right now they are steeped in a moment of suffering i believe one of the reasons why i'm

here and why we're talking right now is because that people need to know that there's

another there's something waiting for them on the other side and that's super important because i almost committed
7:43
suicide at the very lowest point of my suffering

i did not understand that there was a way out i did not understand how powerful my mind was
7:56
it can take you down and it can take you up but you have to you have to be in

control of the thoughts that you're thinking and that's really what i've gained
8:06
mastery over and because i've gained mastery over that
8:12
that has allowed me to transcend and has allowed me to evolve and mature
8:17
as a person really quickly wow that's that's so um

so amazing because that's what um we all need to hear because
8:29
without like when we're in those areas and i can't speak for anyone else i only know my experience but
8:35
you're speaking about those dark places of the mind the mountains the mind is so powerful that it can even create that darkness right

so it's um it's it's um yeah

it's really encouraging for people that are in it to hear like where you've come from and where you are today so um

thanks for sharing that i mean so was that a long period in your life or is that um a snapshot like to give

people an idea like has it been a long a long journey to get to where you've gotten to today

that's a great question i think my awakening happened in the context of things it had happened

very quickly right and i'll tell you a little bit about what that moment was like for me
9:20
um but i'd always been interested in self-work you know i was i was doing yoga i was
9:25
meditating i was reading all the books and i was doing all the things
9:31
you know and i i thought i was pretty aware
9:36
human but then when i had this you know quote unquote spiritual awakening
9:41
it basically just peeled off all the layers and so i'll tell you kind of my story um
9:49
so i was thrown into a deep dark depression my husband left me he had betrayed me
9:56
um i had been through several failed ivf cycles i
10:03
it was you know had a very robust eight-figure digital media agency and when my husband
10:11
left me i was so depressed and felt so bad about myself that i started to not
10:16
pay attention to my business and my business started to tank and so it just was a spiral effect and and that was
10:24
happening maybe over a span of like four years so i just started to get more and more depressed and there was it just
10:31
seemed like there wasn't anything that i could do that would make me happy i was consistently unsatisfied
10:37
unsatisfied with my life experience it didn't matter how much money i made it didn't matter that i have the you know
10:43
the hot husband and the big house and like it just none of it brought me satisfaction
10:49
and so i think what was happening was the universe was basically throwing as much as it could on me to
10:56
accentuate the amount of suffering that i was experiencing and that's how it works
11:04
and i want i want people to get that because i was not going to wake up until i
11:10
couldn't take it anymore and and that's i literally could not take myself anymore
11:17
i was like i can't take it anymore i i and i was googling ways to kill myself
11:22
and i and i i that kind of was a moment of realization to me i was like really are you really
11:27
gonna do this like you know i don't think so so i didn't know what to do
11:33
but i knew that that wasn't it and so i and then covered it and i just
11:39
started i started talking to my angels i don't know if you believe in angels or if your listeners believe in angels but i
11:45
started seeing number signs one one one four four four five five five everywhere everyone like i was
11:51
getting crushed numbers you know and so i started i started to really talk to my angels and
11:57
i started to embrace this idea that i was had spirit guides and and that you know i could talk to them yeah and so i
12:04
started talking to them out loud every day and i just was like what do i need to see here you know help me help me
12:12
what do i need to see i'm listening send me the signs tell me what i need to see
12:17
and at the time i had a boyfriend written out yeah we got these huge wall sty sticky notes and we've written out
12:24
our goals and this is right before copenhagen and my boyfriend broke up with me so i was
12:29
depressed again and i had these huge all this goals you know i want to make this much money i
12:35
you know i want to see my abs again i want to have hot sex you know it's like all this stuff all this exterior stuff
12:41
but at the top was one thing that said be happy and so i kept talking to my angels walking by that huge wall size
12:48
sticking angels what do you mean what do you need me to say what do you need me to see and it just one day it hit me
12:55
like a ton of bricks and i stopped in front of this this you know huge wall

sized sticky note and it was literally written in words in front of me my entire life
13:07
i've been trying to get something to make me happy and that hit me so i'm getting chills it hit me so hard and so
13:15
profoundly that that was my moment of of evolution i got it in that moment i was like holy
13:22
[ __ ] my entire life i've been doing it backwards i've been trying to get
13:27
something to make me happy husband money success happiness and it just it was
13:34
like my ego just went just flipped and it was
13:40
like i experienced bliss and i i just walked around for like i
13:46
want to say two years in a state of bliss not really doing anything
13:51
just experiencing what it was like to live outside of that suffering state
13:57
and just to experience the magic and the beauty that is around us every day

and that and that was my spiritual awakening and then from there you know i built i
14:08
it came to me it was just like it just was just like creative it was
14:14
combustion after that i just started to create and and from there i've had just
14:20
like massive and quick success

that is awesome that is the art of rebirth right there that

that that's that's it that's that's uh so beautiful to see yeah i would describe that as kind of um

you start drinking from the inside out rather from the outside in you you found the river of life within you
14:44
in a new way right which was always there so it's funny when you when we wake up it's like we've always been here but we
14:51
were just asleep right it's the same spirit that's been with us all the gods have been with us this whole time

and when you start engaging with that with that realm um yeah i believe in angels and uh

i just yeah i love the supernatural i love the supernatural i love the
15:09
natural because the natural supernatural so it's uh
15:14
yeah that the numbers the the synchronicities synchronously city it sounds like you were you were living in
15:20
for a bit there and still still in the in the kingdom so that's
15:26
that's it to me like the heavens not so much a place to go to it's a it's a state of being it's a it's a
15:32
convergence um with that time and space in the now and uh that
15:38
uh to hear it it's just it is the magic it's the disney magic it's the narnia
15:43
it's it's that that feeling that of child likeness right so i i don't yeah did that feel like uh
15:52
like being a kid again having fun like with you like rather than trying to get stuff you you realize who you were

and and kind of that power like you were saying the power of your mind and did that unlock that child likeness um

in your life and i think you know it is it it is currently it is it is but i was i was so

i was so under such a heavy veil of delusion that i couldn't see it

yes i couldn't see it and and and we're all like that

we're all like that you know that we're under this a very thick veil of what we
16:29
think is reality is i mean we have no idea what's going on

i don't know how this is all happening to you i mean when you step into the magic of it all you you kind of were

like whoa how is this happening how did this how is this happening

you know and it starts everything starts to become really mystical and magical and and you start to when you start to
16:58
live from that place you go okay well so what if i'm actually creating this

what if i'm actually creating my reality right now what if i actually have control over that
17:10
that would be pretty magical okay so let's play with that a little

bit and so it becomes a an act of play right

of divine play any sort of manifestation you can want well what do you want in your life

you know it's okay to want things it's okay to want things like money it's okay to want you know external things it's just it's
17:36
all the play of form it's manifesting things into form

it it's all a miracle you know and when you when you come from
17:47
that place that it's all mystical and magical and you start to play around with the
17:54
energies a little bit then you it's fun

life isn't serious it you don't take things personally you just it is whatever happens to you is just oh okay

got it yeah sometimes it's like oh well i didn't expect that you know it's not

like you love everything you know sometimes things aren't aren't nice and you're like oh well that that's a bummer but you know that's what is

this is what's currently happening that's that's an important important uh

distinction when we're talking about like uh walking walking on the clouds the bliss it's like you still have

problems you have more problems sometimes right they can come up but it's the contrast between the two

that helps you keep in that in that state of being and then helps you choose and co-create like what
18:45
what do you actually want because without the contrast how do we know um
18:50
you know what we really want yeah and i i say i i don't have problems

i have challenges i get lots of challenges right i don't have a problem nothing's really a problem yep that's

cool that's you know it's like things are it's not like everything goes

smoothly all the time and i get hit with things that are unexpected but i but i'm i practice non-attachment

it's like oh okay yeah well i that i didn't expect that but okay that's fine

yeah yeah what's in it for me like how can i ride this wave of uncertainty and and make it you know a good surf

surf ride out of it yeah i love that um

yeah so reframing reframing solutions uh sorry problems to solutions and
19:39
opportunities is is a big flip and that's all on you that's the power that that um that we have uh which is
19:46
incredible is incredible power to of of um ownership of the moment to have a
19:51
point of view that we can kind of reframe and that's magic that's the real magic in the now isn't it because one one
19:57
direction one thought will lead you this way one will lead you that way and we know from experience which kind of

thoughts to to choose to meditate on and how to reframe so you're a solutionist rather

than a problem-centric person things come and you make you know you know to use that
20:14
old saying you make lemonade from uh from lemons if if lifestyle on your lemons just make make
20:20
some more lemonade make it rain yeah yes

yes and i think you know i i was not i thought maybe i was in
20:31
control of my own thoughts but i wasn't right right i wasn't i spent most of my life

asleep not understanding that i was creating a whole world around me

based on my thoughts and i didn't really understand the concept of presence

and and no thought

having an experience with no thought is different than having the same experience with god or is it the same

experience it's always both isn't it it's uh yeah that's that's the magic of

it yeah it's it's very very cool so you found out different uh dimensions within yourself so

for i'm just thinking about people listening in like um

what are some practical things that people can look out for you started engaging with the universal with your spirit guys with

angels you start leaning into something is that just where we start
21:34
you know to tap in or how would you go about it i think so yeah i think having some sort of
21:40
meditation practice whether it's an actual practice where you're sitting and
21:46
meditating and trying to focus the mind that's a great place to start a moving
21:52
meditation like yoga is also a really great place to start but i practice presence
21:58
all the time literally every moment of every day i'm practicing i'm an essentialist so i only

do one thing at a time my days of multitasking are over i get way more done that way i'm completely focused on
22:14
what i'm doing i don't allow myself to get distracted i don't you know allow my phone

to distract me that's a really great you know i've got my phone on permanent do not disturb
22:26
yeah so i look at it it doesn't tell me when to look at it that's so so awesome and that's just a

practical tool that anyone can do just a switch of the button and that because these things
22:39
especially like the the phone is like a multiverse it's like a portal right there that's just screaming out for
22:45
for for more um attention right because it's the whole world's in there now so
22:51
yeah you can just practically just switch it off and stay stay um
22:57
yeah present present and the presence is in the present moment right so

it's a lot of peace i would imagine you'd be feeling a lot of flow um

a lot of fun yeah so talk to me about your nature make sure

you you know getting getting out into nature into nature like you're you know getting

into the ocean or or what getting into a forest walking in nature if you're a person that lives in

a big city you know trying to go to the park taking your shoes off getting your feet on the earth

getting connected with the earth these are really it's a lot easier to be in the present moment when you're you
23:38
know steeped in nature if you don't have access to nature even looking at a house plant
23:43
you know being around a plant being around some sort of natural item crystals things like that that will help
23:51
help you you know help people get centered and get into the present moment

yeah that's that's a great um great practical tip

and you just magically you you feel alive i know everything is nature because everything is created from
24:08
from nature right but when you're living in a tech world and a high speed kind of thing to just to slow down and get out

into the mountains or get to the beach just break pattern and connect

um you mentioned yoga as well you you've you've um had some

uh yeah some some time spent doing yoga right like quite quite a lot of time

it's been a big part of your practice right yes i've been doing yoga for

20 30 years it's been a while and it's you know consistent it keeps me lean it keeps me healthy

it's a it's also a portal you know into the present moment if you can follow your breath and not think about what the

person next to you is doing or if you're doing it right or wrong and you know just doing that practice i did yoga for

a while before i actually was like oh this is more than exercise this is a
25:01
thing you know this is a this is a meditation this is a practice and then i started to really embrace it
25:07
but was still all up in my head about many things about life and so there's a lot of different tools i
25:14
think you know i'm sure you know of eckhart tolle i'm a big fan of his
25:20
follow follow his work listen to his podcasts read his books he's an excellent teacher um on
25:28
practicing the present moment and i started really connecting with his stuff
25:33
you know i'd read his stuff before had many of his books but they didn't make sense to me until after
25:39
i had had a spiritual awakening because i was looking for what i had just experienced like help somebody help me
25:45
understand like what what am i experiencing here and so i got really
25:51
really into his stuff and he's he's amazing yeah yeah isn't that great that when uh
25:58
when when the students uh ready the teacher appears right so it's we we you know i've had the same

kind of thing where where spirit will bring someone for a season in a practical
26:10
sense or in in a spiritual sense just to ground out a portal that i've just been in and got all this stuff going on and

it's like a reference point for someone who's walked in it for a while to give you a bit of grounding and everything

it's um it's really um yeah it's really cool so

yeah will you are you a visual learner uh you mentioned reading a book is that your um or audio or all three because i

know some people lean into different um different ways of learning

you know i do audio visual i definitely do a lot of reading um i like watching videos so i guess always

yeah yeah that's right some people don't like reading books these days so like you know uh it's it's you get something

different from those different ways of doing it i'm a big audio guy because i um used to drive uh like a career career

car around the place for eight years so i was always cranking audio and i'm a musician as well so

audio is probably first for me but there's something you get differently from sitting down and reading a book

the quietness that happens with that [Music] is really nice so

yeah i mean we could go anywhere from here i mean um um

maybe for people maybe they feel a bit stuck maybe would work because work is a takes up a lot of

time um for for us human human doings so doesn't get we're human beings

uh we get so uh you know uh wrapped up in it all so maybe for someone who's looking for like

you know how can i get out of this thing to transition into like what i really love how can i wrap a business around
27:56
maybe something i'm passionate about or at least interested in how can i pivot while while i'm doing spending less time

with this and i've got a family and i've you know i've got no time so what do i do with the little time that i have what's your what would you say to

someone who's kind of in that position yeah that's that's a really great question i have a lot of clients you
28:16
know a good handful of people that are still in corporate you know corporate environments and some
28:21
of these people are making 350 500 000 a year so these are you know they're making really good money and
28:28
they're like you know this is soul sucking i don't want to do this anymore and my general advice is you know you
28:35
can build a business for yourself if you've got somewhere between one and three hours a week to devote to a
28:41
business and you know i teach people how to build like healing
28:46
and coaching businesses and i generally advise them to marry what brings them joy with what
28:53
they're an expert at and also the most important thing that we're doing is getting someone through a
28:59
transformation if you're not getting somebody through a transformation you don't have a business so if you're if you're like a healer in

some way or you know you are interested in creating some type of healing
29:13
business and you're getting someone through a transformation just know that there's a
29:19
whole industry out there something like 281 billion by 2023

is going to be for alter you know alternative medicine solutions and so it's the spiritual business it's a big

business yes it's a really big business yes and so if you're getting the call

then now is a good time to jump in and you can build a whole business for
29:46
yourself and make you know 100 a month 200 grand a month 10 000 a month

whatever your goals are you know all of this is within the realm of possibility specifically in the digital age

wow yeah that's and that's encouraging to hear so from one to three hours i mean so time isn't isn't a barrier of

entry everyone's got at least now to commit to something so high level and so life-changing um

so yeah i love that that something you're passionate about with something that you've got um that you're an expert in or have

specialized knowledge in you can marry those two together and uh

you that that's great i love the transformational arc as well so if you can take people from from a to b

in a transformational sense that that's very uh yeah those three pieces of advice that's

that's a great starting point and you've got a master class as well right that you you're putting on at the moment yeah i've actually got a free master class i

another question some people might have is like the struggle internally and this is

something that i've struggled with in the past right the struggle with money and spirituality because some people out

there just playing you can't like if i'm a spiritual person i can't have money or i can't charge for my services if i'm

doing anything in the realm of spirituality at all i don't want to be a sellout i know you've already touched on that

saying that these things are just forms and and really that's that's the way i see it too now but i i struggled and i know there's

a lot of people that still struggle with that yeah yeah i know and that's actually

really common for people to have that struggle and you know i never really experienced
32:07
that for myself because um you know i believe that that's a lie

that people are telling themselves that they're believing that's not serving anyone quite frankly

what is happening right now is consciousness of humanity is rising and as we go through this ascension process

there are a lot of people that don't know what's happening to them and they're getting dragged up with it

and that's a very uncomfortable ride and people need help
32:36
people need help so if you're standing on the sidelines going you know i could help someone but oh i don't want to
32:43
charge money for it like like you're not helping anybody i mean you're you're in the old paradigm man

it's it's time to jump in like people need support right now and they're willing to pay for it if i need an

accountant i've got no problem paying 500 bucks an hour what's the difference between somebody that's willing to help

me energetically to help me clear old blockages that are going to help me thrive i'm willing to pay somebody for

that too you know people have different skill sets and and i just i just really encourage

people who maybe have that mindset that you can't be spiritual and make money at the same
33:19
time take a look at that sit on that one meditate with that see how that feels i have a lot of free

products from people so i can serve i could serve everyone it's not like i'm only charging that's right you know high

prices i've i create a lot of content and and i here's the thing my time is super

valuable yeah and i belie i i i believe that my time is valuable

people that don't want to charge money for their service don't believe that their time is valuable

and that's a personal problem that's not a spiritual problem yeah yeah that's that's great i love

what you said there it's um it's people's relationship with with a

subject matter rather than you know pointing at something it can become a blame as a blame cycle as well

or a victim cycle um and uh yeah so that's

that's good advice that's very good advice i

yeah i'm just uh sitting with that and see if there's any other um strings from

that isn't isn't it great to to be able to

co-create is uh it's it's a lot of fun a lot of fun in

this don't mention yeah so yeah yeah i mean it's a wonderful thing to be able to step into your own

power and you're stepping into your own power when you're doing something that brings you joy

and you're getting paid really well for that that's that's a very powerful place to be because look the more money you make the

more you can donate the more people that you can help there's a lot of people out there that can't help themselves

so by you making more money you can start foundations you can donate you can give to charity you know there's a lot

of really wonderful things that you can do with money and so i don't know why people

see money as a bad thing money is a good thing we need to recycle it we need to help people we need to help more people

and so getting getting yourself in a position where you can use your own superpowers to be able to be a funnel for that money

to come through you so that you can recycle it to people that people animals our planet that

can't help themselves i think that's great um

like you're ripping yourself off and you're ripping other people off because you're not i mean people don't want to do business with you if you like let's

say if you were just doing free you're not going to be able to service certain clients because they just wouldn't uh

you wouldn't attract a certain client therefore you're ripping them off and you're undervaluing

your own self as well you're ripping yourself off and [Music] yeah it doesn't serve holistically like

you're saying you can still give away free stuff you can still serve especially the digital age you can serve

as a get to not have to right because your time where your time is your life is and your life is valuable and so

you can stagger it out so you can serve kind of um at every tier

and that's that's a more holistic approach and um you can still like you can still start a
36:36
non-profit right you can still do a charity but if you've got that relationship with money then you're going to be feeling

like oh now that's going to bleed into your charity so how's the charity going to pay for staff how how's it going it has

to generate wealth you have to pay for where you live in in some form um the i don't believe currency is the

highest sorry money's the highest currency by any means but it's a great trading tool it's a great currency it's it's for a

purpose and you know it isn't easier than trying to trade especially overseas tonight

yeah try to trade a car for it i've got a great um great video on currently on

the front page of my website and it's about five minutes it's about manifestation and it's all about it's

what i believe manifestation is it's an infinite loop of give and receive so if you are not manifesting things in

your life like money for example it's because you're you're probably unable to receive or you're not giving enough
