A Spiritual Business Coach Who Combines Purpose and Expertise

How i function in this human experience is i'm a spiritual business coach. What i do is i help healers and coaches, life coaches, spiritual entrepreneurs scale their businesses quickly by teaching them how to build digital products, digital courses and how to be badass digital marketers.

I basically am married what i'm an expert at with what brings me joy. What brings me joy is inspiring and motivating people and what i'm an expert at is digital media, marketing, sales, vision and all that stuff.

I just started this business a couple of years ago now, not even two years ago, and it's completely like scaled very quickly. I tell you all of this detail because i think it's a really important pivotal moment in my life.

The Spiritual Awakening That Changed Everything

The reason why my business is so juicy now i think it's because i've had this transcendent spiritual awakening through deep self work but also through a tremendous amount of suffering.

I think it's really important to point out that the success that i'm experiencing today is because i went through tremendous suffering. For those listeners out there that are in the middle of it right now, people need to know that there's another something waiting for them on the other side.

I did not understand that there was a way out. I did not understand how powerful my mind was. It can take you down and it can take you up, but you have to be in control of the thoughts that you're thinking.

When Success Was Not Enough

I was thrown into a deep dark depression. My husband left me, he had betrayed me, and i had been through several failed IVF cycles.

I had a very robust eight-figure digital media agency, but when my husband left me, i was so depressed and felt so bad about myself that i started to not pay attention to my business and my business started to tank.

It seemed like there wasn't anything that i could do that would make me happy. It didn't matter how much money i made, it didn't matter that i have the hot husband and the big house, it just none of it brought me satisfaction.

The Moment of Realization: Be Happy

I started talking to my angels. I started seeing number signs one one one, four four four, five five five everywhere, and i started to really talk to my angels and embrace this idea that i had spirit guides.

I had these huge wall-sized sticky notes and written out our goals. There was all this exterior stuff, but at the top was one thing that said be happy.

One day it hit me like a ton of bricks. My entire life i've been trying to get something to make me happy, and i realized my entire life i've been doing it backwards.

Learning to Live Outside the Suffering State

It was like my ego just went, just flipped, and i experienced bliss. I just walked around for, i want to say, two years in a state of bliss, not really doing anything.

I was just experiencing what it was like to live outside of that suffering state and just to experience the magic and the beauty that is around us every day.

That was my spiritual awakening. Then from there, you know, i built, it came to me, it was just like creative combustion after that. I just started to create and from there i've had just like massive and quick success.

Presence, Mindset, and Creating Your Reality

When you start to live from that place you go, okay, well so what if i'm actually creating this? What if i'm actually creating my reality right now? What if i actually have control over that?

Life isn't serious. You don't take things personally. Sometimes things aren't nice and you're like, oh well, that's a bummer, but you know, that's what is.

I say i don't have problems, i have challenges. I get lots of challenges, right? Nothing's really a problem, and i practice non-attachment.

Practical Ways to Practice Presence

I think having some sort of meditation practice, whether it's an actual practice where you're sitting and meditating and trying to focus the mind, that's a great place to start.

A moving meditation like yoga is also a really great place to start. I practice presence all the time, literally every moment of every day i'm practicing.

I'm an essentialist, so i only do one thing at a time. My days of multitasking are over. I get way more done that way, i'm completely focused on what i'm doing, and i don't allow myself to get distracted.

Nature, Yoga, and the Present Moment

Getting out into nature, getting into the ocean or getting into a forest, walking in nature, if you're a person that lives in a big city, trying to go to the park, taking your shoes off, getting your feet on the earth.

These are really, it's a lot easier to be in the present moment when you're steeped in nature. If you don't have access to nature, even looking at a house plant, being around a plant, being around some sort of natural item, crystals, things like that, will help people get centered.

I've been doing yoga for 20, 30 years. It's a portal into the present moment if you can follow your breath and not think about what the person next to you is doing or if you're doing it right or wrong.

Building a Business Around What Brings You Joy

My general advice is you can build a business for yourself if you've got somewhere between one and three hours a week to devote to a business.

I generally advise them to marry what brings them joy with what they're an expert at. The most important thing that we're doing is getting someone through a transformation.

If you're not getting somebody through a transformation, you don't have a business. If you're getting someone through a transformation, there's a whole industry out there and you can build a whole business for yourself.

Money and Spirituality Can Exist Together

It's really common for people to have that struggle. People think, if i'm a spiritual person i can't have money or i can't charge for my services if i'm doing anything in the realm of spirituality at all.

I really encourage people who maybe have that mindset that you can't be spiritual and make money at the same time to take a look at that, sit on that one, meditate with that, see how that feels.

My time is super valuable, and i believe that my time is valuable. People that don't want to charge money for their service don't believe that their time is valuable. That's a personal problem, that's not a spiritual problem.

The Infinite Loop of Giving and Receiving

My video on manifestation is all about what i believe manifestation is: an infinite loop of give and receive. If you are not manifesting things in your life like money, for example, it's because you're probably unable to receive or you're not giving enough value.

I get huge, huge, huge, huge value in what i do, therefore i get paid a lot of money. Before i was not receiving because i did not believe i was worthy, so when i would receive money i would immediately give it away.

If you're unaware that you have these mind patterns because you're not watching your thoughts, it will consistently play out over and over. Give, receive, give, receive, give, receive, manifest, manifest.

Stepping Into Your Own Power

It's a wonderful thing to be able to step into your own power, and you're stepping into your own power when you're doing something that brings you joy and you're getting paid really well for that.

The more money you make, the more you can donate, the more people that you can help. There are a lot of people out there that can't help themselves, so by you making more money you can start foundations, you can donate, you can give to charity.

You can still give away free stuff, you can still serve, especially in the digital age. You can serve as a get to, not have to, because your time is your life and your life is valuable.

The Art of Rebirth: Transformation and Co-Creation

The art of rebirth is all about transformation, but as it lands and especially in this group we're talking about kingdom wealth foundationally, vibrationally, but then also for spiritual entrepreneurship and digital entrepreneurship.

Wherever you're at, if you think i can't do this because of what people think, seriously, it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter if you're adding value, then that's the only thing that matters.

You don't have to do anything, you get to. So you can pivot. Anything, any negative energy, energy in motion is emotion. Any of that stuff is a feedback loop that's giving you feedback in real time.

The Highest Currency Is Relationship

It doesn't matter if you've got two nickels. It's not about having stuff, it's about who you are and then stuff will come later.

The highest currency is relationship. The highest currency is relationship with yourself and with others, that's number one.

The kingdom's within you, that reference point of here and now where you're always practicing the presence. It's just about getting into the river and staying there so you become the river.
