What if the biggest thing holding your business back isn't your marketing...but the patterns you haven't healed yet?
In this video, I share the inner work that transformed not only my business, but my relationships, leadership, and the way I experience life.
For years, I believed building a successful business came down to strategy.
Funnels.
Marketing.
Sales.
Websites.
Email sequences.
Advertising.
And while all of those things absolutely matter, somewhere along the way I realized something that completely changed the way I approached business—and life.
Business wasn't asking me to become a better marketer.
It was asking me to become a more conscious human being.
Every difficult client.
Every failed launch.
Every uncomfortable conversation.
Every fear around money.
Every challenge became an invitation to look inward instead of outward.
Business became one of my greatest spiritual teachers.
Not because business is somehow separate from spirituality—but because everything is spiritual when we're willing to pay attention.
The truth is, our businesses don't simply produce income.
They reveal us.
They reveal our fears.
Our beliefs.
Our patterns.
Our stories.
And if we're willing to become curious instead of defensive, they can also reveal the path toward becoming the person we're meant to become.
One of the first practices that transformed my life was learning how to become present.
Most of us spend our lives replaying yesterday or worrying about tomorrow.
We're thinking about the next client.
The next launch.
The next problem to solve.
Meanwhile, life is quietly happening right in front of us.
Presence isn't about becoming perfectly peaceful.
It's about gently returning to this moment, again and again.
Because this moment is where your intuition speaks.
It's where connection happens.
It's where joy lives.
The more present I became, the more I started noticing things I'd never noticed before.
One of my favorite questions now is incredibly simple:
"What am I noticing?"
Not...
"What's wrong with me?"
Just...
"What am I noticing?"
That small shift changed everything.
Instead of criticizing myself, I became fascinated by my own behavior.
Why did that situation trigger me?
Why did I say yes when I wanted to say no?
Why do certain opportunities energize me while others leave me feeling heavy?
Curiosity has no judgment.
It simply observes.
And awareness always comes before transformation.
One of the most profound lessons I learned had nothing to do with marketing.
It came through my relationships.
I began noticing something I now call energetic reciprocity.
To me, energetic reciprocity is when two people are genuinely curious about each other.
There's an exchange.
One person shares.
The other listens.
Both people leave feeling seen.
Feeling heard.
Feeling nourished.
But I realized not every relationship felt that way.
Some conversations consistently left me feeling depleted.
I had unknowingly become an emotional dumping ground.
For years I believed compassion meant always being available.
Then I started asking myself one simple question after every interaction:
How do I feel?
Do I feel expanded?
Or depleted?
Energized?
Or exhausted?
That question became one of the greatest teachers in my life.
I stopped explaining away what my intuition already knew.
I realized that protecting my energy wasn't selfish.
It was necessary.
As I became more intentional about the people I welcomed into my life, something remarkable happened.
I attracted healthier friendships.
More aligned clients.
People who were emotionally available.
People who took responsibility for their own lives.
My business changed, too.
Not because I learned another marketing strategy.
Because I became more intentional about the energy I surrounded myself with.
Sometimes the biggest shift in your business isn't changing your funnel.
It's changing what you're willing to tolerate.
Today, I no longer see business as simply a way to make money.
I see it as one of life's greatest classrooms.
Every challenge invites awareness.
Every success invites gratitude.
Every difficult conversation offers an opportunity to grow.
When we begin doing the inner work, our businesses naturally begin reflecting that transformation.
The clients we attract change.
The opportunities we pursue change.
Even the way we define success begins to change.
Perhaps the greatest business strategy isn't another tactic at all.
Perhaps it's becoming more conscious.
Because when you change, everything around you begins to change as well.
