You’re going to feel it in your:
- Content

- Messaging
- Offers
And your audience feels it too.
So what do you actually do?
Keep it simple:
- Eat well
- Sleep
- Move your body
- Hydrate
- Protect your energy
And one of my favorites…
👉 Cut out the “crazy makers”
You know exactly who (or what) those are.
Also—try this:
- Take a break from media (yes, even social media)
- Replace it with journaling, nature, meditation
This isn’t fluff.
This is how you become the version of you that actually attracts clients and opportunities.
2. Always Be Closing (But Make It Clean + Aligned)
Let’s get real for a second…
If you’re not making sales…
You don’t have a business.
You have a hobby.
Your course, your offer, your program—
it doesn’t exist unless someone buys it.
And yet… so many coaches avoid this part.
Here’s what you actually need to do:
👉 Be a Leader
People are looking to you for direction.
So:
- Ask for the sale
- Make clear recommendations
- Guide the conversation
Leadership = conversion.
👉 Prospect (Yes, You Have To)
You cannot sit back and wait.
Ask yourself:
👉 Where are my people?
Then go there:
- Events
- Communities
And start conversations.
👉 Create Content (Even When It Feels Uncomfortable)
Get on video.
I know—it’s uncomfortable.
But as I say:
“This is what I look like. This is who I am. This is what I do.”
Your audience doesn’t need perfect.
They need real.
👉 Email Your List (Please Do This 🙏)
If you’re collecting emails and not emailing…
You’re leaving money on the table.
Stay in touch:
- Weekly emails
- Value + storytelling
- Invitations to work with you
3. Progress Over Perfection (This Is Where Most People Get Stuck)
Let me lovingly call you out here…
If you’re waiting for everything to be perfect…
You’ve already waited too long.
Perfection is just fear in disguise.
And it’s stopping you from:
- Launching
- Showing up
- Selling
- Growing
Here’s the shift:
👉 People don’t want perfection.
👉 They want authenticity and results.
Reframe “Failure”
There is no failure.
There is only:
- Feedback
- Data
- Direction
Or as I like to say…
👉 It’s not failure—it’s a pivot.
Stop Comparing Yourself
You are comparing:
- Your beginning
to - Someone else’s middle (or end)
That’s not fair to you.
Stay in your lane.
Stay in your process.
Use This Simple Cycle:
👉 Believe
👉 Act
👉 Observe
👉 Pivot
Repeat.
Over and over again.
That’s how you build momentum.
