Top 3 Tips to Create THE BEST product

Thanks for joining me today in this conversation about how we are taking all of our wisdom and putting into one product.  This is actually pretty common to want to do it all, but we need to focus!

Kyle has so many different healing modalities and he's working on putting them all together in an epic group program so it can be distributed to the masses.  He was also undercharging for his services which is something we addressed quickly and it resulted in a boost in his revenue almost immediately.  If you have a lot of different services that you offer and you want to know how to put them together, then watch this testimonial!

Most of the people that come into my business need help identifying what they are going to offer and what to charge.  Keep in mind that your client's transformation is the most important metric.  To get your client a transformation, we need to succinctly get them through a system which can provide the transformation.  

If you are flying by the seat of your pants...this is not a scalable way to build your business.  Plus, we cannot scale you, we can only scale your system.  

Which is why we, as healers, need to move away from 1:1 teaching and move into courses and programs which can be distributed to the masses.   The consciousness of humanity is rising and you need to rise with it and serve more people.  You're doing everyone a disservice by playing small!  I'm serious about that!

The top three things you can do to figure out what to offer are: 

1. Look at what brings you joy x what you're an expert at. The best way to live life is to do what brings you joy.  If you are also an expert or can combine it with something you're an expert at; then that's even better.  This is really where the juice is so don't be shy about what YOU really want to do.  Not what your family, partner, or kids want you to do... but what YOU want you to do.  Sit down and brainstorm for an hour and make a list of what you're an expert at and then another list on what brings you joy.  How can you combine them?

2. What are your clients asking you for?  If your market needs something then give it to them if you can!  Pay attention to what your clients are asking for.  If you're not listening and asking questions then you probably won't know...so make sure you're asking "How can I serve you best today?" when you start your sessions.

3. What makes you unique and different?  Don't try and be like what you see out in the world. Be different, be unique, and be YOU!  This is really where the juice is!  And wouldn't it be nice to not have to BE ANYONE other than who you already are?  Embrace your quirkiness and just go for it.  People can feel when you're authentically yourself and they LOVE that.
