Case Study: From $0-$10K/month with Bree

Today I'm proud to bring you a case study of how my programs and courses are changing lives and inspiring others.
I had the privilege interviewing fabulous Sabrina Zellis for this segment!
Bree has taken all my courses and is currently in my Warrior Mastermind. I love this interview because we get to hear the success story straight from the source.
When I met Bree she was working at the front desk of Yoga Works and would commonly check me into my class.
When Covid hit, I thought to myself, I wonder what's going to happen to all my yoga teacher friends?! And what about Bree? The Covid crisis really was one of the main drivers for me to create my course called Conscious Wealth Building for the Spiritual Warrior.
I knew that the yoga community, my community, would be taking a huge hit. How could I be of service? That's when I really started developing my consulting business and created my first course. I tied together what brings me joy (spirituality, motivating and inspiring people) with what I am an expert at (digital media marketing) and this is the service that I provide to my clients every single day. And I'm having a blast doing it!
I've been in digital media marketing now for nearly 3 decades...and oh boy a lot has changed! Platforms coming and going (SnapChat, Tik Tok), and companies making millions from the dot com boom. Many of them failing miserably because they were overvalued and spent more than they had like Pets.com, Webvan.com, and eToys.com to name a few.
Prices to buy media when I first started were around $100 CPM! That rate was pretty common. While CPMs can be high still today if you buy media, it all comes back to ROI and the KPIs associated with that media buy. I would happily pay $1000 a click for someone who buys one of my advanced courses. Perspective... (These are all topics we discuss in my Mastermind).
I digress...back to Bree!
After Covid hit I reached out to Bree over social media and started to prospect her for my first course (which I hadn't built yet, btw, this is how we do it in my world). She jumped in with full faith.
You have to listen to her story of transformation and how she's created an entire online business from absolutely nothing. When Bree came to me she was in a full time job and was a yoga instructor. She wanted to digitize her experience and learn some new things. I honestly think she didn't know what she signed up for but she is happy with the ROI on her investment in herself.
The first thing we addressed with Bree was her fear of failure. I explained to her that failure is just a part of being a successful entrepreneur. We don't call it failure in my world, we just call it a pivot. Saying that one line really helped Bree manage her fear and just go for it! You'll hear her mention this in the video and how she now deals with fear of failure.
In a very short amount of time she built her own on demand yoga platform as well as two digital courses. She also has corporate wellness packages! She has already met her revenue goals that she outlined for herself at the start of the course.
The reason why my program is working so well for Bree is that she 1.Shows Up, 2. Works Hard, and 3. Listens.
The people who come into my program and watch all the videos, do all the work and show up to the calls, are the ones who succeed. The ones who do not show up, get lazy, don't do the work, or worse, think they know it all are the ones who typically don't see the quick success.
Bree almost always has a good attitude. She embraced the idea of the "pivot" instead of failure. She is resilient and relentless in her pursuit of her goals. I'm excited to see what she comes up with next! She's only just beginning and is a positive example for us all to follow.
