What I love about life is that we do not know what’s going to happen next. Since we have no idea, and if you accept that concept, life becomes crazy, magical and mystical in every moment.  It opens up the present moment for bliss and joy to radiate through.   

Being in the present moment means that you slow down, and release the thoughts in your head.  You view and witness what's happening in front of you with complete surrender and acceptance of what is.

We tend to resist this present moment in the tiniest of ways...thinking about what we're going to do next or being irritated with this present moment because it's simply not good enough.  We constantly label things and make judgements about what is instead of just experiencing it in the rawest form.

1. Vision - do you know how you want to change the world?  What's your mission?

2. Niche - Who are you serving?  What problem can you solve for them?

3. Be Unique - The edge that is YOU is what is interesting.  Are you presenting the wonderful goodness of who YOU are?  Don't try and be like everyone else.  That's boring.

4. What's your Story - Why do you do what you do?  What is your big ah ha moment which drives your mission and purpose?

The concept of free content can be a bit of a stumbling block to digital course creators. At times it can seem counterproductive to spend hours, days, weeks working on projects that don’t necessarily have any immediate monetary gain. And yet I consider free content one of the key foundations to building a successful online business.

The idea of sharing what I know for free comes fairly naturally to me for a number of reasons.

1. I’m passionate about my mission, vision, and purpose.  I love sharing that with others.
2. I love seeing people win, and I light up when someone tells me that my free content has inspired them.  
3. We are all in this thing together!  So helping others has always been my main focus, not monetary gain.
